      Pros

      Can be a great intro to a better sales career, if you stay for a year or two and then go somewhere else. Use this as a launch pad, not a landing.

      Cons

      Shady, always changing pay plan on employees. The easiest way to make money is to work here for a year, then file a lawsuit against management. Otherwise, the work and pressure is not worth the money.
