They acquired the company i used to work for. The previous company had an understanding of their employees. Theres a reason why they had 1500 doors and prime had under 500. My pay dropped drastically. Theyre commission structure is terrible. I literally took paid time off and muted our group chat that we use to get a text from upper management to be fully engaged over the weekend. What happened to work life balance?
