Cons
Commission structure is horrible. I’ve been in wireless sales for 10 years and I earned more commission working part time for previous employers. If you don’t hit your quota you get $0 If you DO hit your quota the company will still cheat you out of your pay coming up with any and every excuse on why you didn’t receive commission. Upper management is a joke. they try “motivating” you by constantly threatening your job. Fake reviews on here just like their google reviews. Instead of faking reviews make your employees genuinely happy and the reviews will take care of themselves. I could go on and on
