Pros

There were absolutely no pros other than some of my coworkers were cool.

Cons

Got hired on to work in a new store that was in the process of finishing construction. In the meantime I worked in a store that was an hour away from my house (they told me it would be for a month max) So much shady business. Manager would ask me to lie to people and tell them that adding a tablet wouldn't increase their bill and to just put on a fake discount code for a place they didn't even work. One time I told them I couldn't make it to work because there was a fire and all roads were blocked. I had been sitting in my car for over 3 hours at that point and I was pregnant. Told them I was turning around and going home. My manager told me "well I see if you turn around and go this alternate route it will only take you two hours to get here" yeah okay. Last month I was there I stayed an extra week to hit my quota because if you didn't hit your quota you only got paid out 75% of your commission. 3 months later I get my commission check and it is 50%. Called the store and they said one of your phones got exchanged and since I no longer worked for the company it had to get resold under a different rep so I got 50%. Such a joke. They are shady and reward fraudulent behavior if it makes them money.
