Pros

Pay was good but not a lot of positives after Prime acquired Springmobile.

Cons

-0 worklife balance (expected to work 60+ hrs 6 days a week as a salaried employee). -Micromanagement is the company culture (I was actually told this by my direct report). -The program "Prime Cares" is just a way for the company to say that they care about penny pinching (hourly employees will actually get documented for OT and submitting time punch edits). -Terrible HR Department (you'll get documented for not fulfilling your job requirements when there's no internal documentation about what each position's job requirements are). -District Managers are expected to interview and hire front line employees (2 tiers below) even though they'll only interact with these employees, at max, 20% of the month.

Pros

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
