Pros
You move up in the company quickly, due to horrible management from above.
Cons
Micromanaging and condescending management. They will make you use sales techniques that aren't completely honest, just to sell the product. They set unrealistic goals for the commission to be paid out. I was told by management I need to "Learn my place, and to stay there."
