      Pros

      The commissions were a great motivator for my team and myself. Very easy job for a recent college graduate. Ability to hire your own team

      Cons

      Was taught how to scam at&t out of money by manipulating customer account setting on my first day of training. Uneducated management. Boys club. Going home feeling guilty on a daily basis. Never received health insurance.

      Working weekends and holidays .And a tricky commission structure. Also all systems are slow.

      Pros

      Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

      Cons

      Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
