I enjoyed our Reps (Samsung, etc) because they taught us way more than training did. I enjoyed helping people and making them happy, and it was always fun to learn the latest and greatest technology.
Cons
Manager is way too overworked, stressed and unorganized. Training consists of watching hours of videos then being thrown onto the sales floor, ridiculous! And I refused to be deceptive to customers to sell more products and services, so I left.
Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.
Cons
Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
