Pros

We sell AT&T products in the stores, so we are backing some of the latest and greatest products out there which makes the work exciting. Fast-paced sales environment offers keeps you on your toes and caters to those with a competitive streak and a desire to help others via sales. The company has grown very aggressively in the last 3-5 years and seems to be continuing to do so. This growth means more opportunities for advancement within current markets or new. Pay plans pay very well if you understand how to maximize them. The plans change often as the business changes out of necessity...but always give you the opportunity to make solid bonuses/commissions.

Cons

The sales intensity at Prime is very high, which makes for some stressful times. However, personally, that has driven my success in the organization. Retail sales is nearly a 365-day commitment, which means if you have trouble managing your time/schedules, it is very easy to get 'burned out'. Very important to work with your supervisor on scheduling to make sure you are on the same page to manage your work-life balance while delivering results

Pros

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
