Pros

I wish I could think of one. It's a job. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be underpaid. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be overworked and underpaid as well as being micromanaged by your supervisors. If your store is doing horribly, you may even receive direction from Akbar, the President of Prime. You are given three months to meet quota as a store manager and then...

Cons

There are many, 1) If your store is doing horribly, you may even receive direction from Akbar, the President of Prime. You are given three months to meet quota as a store manager and then... 2) Micromanagement is the management style. Pros

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
