Pros

There is a pro. THAT I WILL BE GIVING MY 2 WEEK NOTICE VERY SOON!

Cons

Well let's see. Nothing is truthful about either the position nor the pitches we use to make the company more money while ripping people apart in the pocketbook. I worked more non clocked overtime than I have in a whole 2 years time paid! My little son never gets to see me because I'm inevitably MARRIED to my job. A past LP employee was told to blame a manager for an armed robbery and fired as well. They give you all kinds of unethical business tactics, then fire you when you refuse. I have had to float from one store to another because they terminated VERY good store managers. This company will ruin your home life, and eventually all the work you put in will result in termination when they have used you as much as they can. Once they find out you have caught on to their foolishness, you gone. If you DO choose to work there. Remember one thing. I TOLD YOU SO!

Pros

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
