Pros
This is an amazing company to work for. There are great incentives for all employees. There are so many contests and fun activities with this employer. The pay is amazing. The upper management is always available to all employees. As an employee, I felt right at home, and i never had to worry about anything. I considered my employees, coworkers, and my bosses as my family. Very supportive!! The ONLY reason I left the company is because I moved and there are no close stores to my new location.
Cons
There aren't any cons with this company. As long as you do your job, and hit the incentives, you will never have an issue!
