Pros
Prime sucks at keeping track of inventory so things get lost all the time and employees reap the rewards. If you're good at kissing up and have half a brain, promotions will definitely be in your future early on in your career with Prime Communications. Vendors like apple and Samsung offer free devices if you complete easy online training courses.
Cons
This Company lives by the motto "You're only as good as today, what you did yesterday means nothing." To start off I'll say this, my 81 year old grandmother who lives in another state walked into a Prime Communications Owned Location to get help with her voicemail and two hours later walked out with a useless tablet a smartphone she could not use TV and internet service for her home which she doesn't live in because she's 81 and is checked in senior living facility. This level of savagery is what Prime employees are forced to reach in order to make a decent commission. This list might be too long, but keep in mind I still work here, so I'm not a disgruntled former employee. Prime sets unrealistic goals for employees, and is constantly changing their commission pay structure to better themselves and keep the employee down. With each change in pay expect to lose money. The goals set by Prime forces you, the employee, to throw out your morals if you want to make a livable wage. Be prepared to deal with returning customers complaining about withheld information or shady sales tactics. Prime HQ is absolutely no help, if you ever find yourself needing HQ help to close a sale, you're better off sending the customer home because you WILL NOT receive any support. District Managers, Regional Directors are constantly down your throat and complaints about pay or scheduling are met with "if you don't like it, Leave" attitudes. If you decide to work for this company my advice to you is: keep detailed records of your sales because come time for commission payout you'll notice on the very NOT detailed commission payout breakdown that a lot of your conveniently go unpaid, and by conveniently I mean for Prime not for you. I'm currently seeking legal advice because I'm sure they are breaking some kind of labor laws. This company DOES NOT care about their employees, I quote this from one of the Vice Presidents of the company "to me you are nothing more than a number on an Excel sheet, and right now you're a bad number on my report." I've worked for other Tech companies and easily rate this one the worst. If you value yourself and your morals STAY FAR AWAY from this company.
