The handbook is a complete lie, as well as the amount they tell you you'll make from the beginning. They tell you that making $50,000 plus as a rep is easy, but I never came close to that as a manager and I was in one of their higher volume stores. They don't want to pay you for conference calls, meetings, overtime, or any business related conventions, but they are mandatory. I was sadly there for 2+ years until finding another company that actually cares about their employees. If you're considering this company as a future employer...DON'T! All the other retailers in this industry pay way more and don't lie to you, even if they don't care about you. This company's business model is to "turn and burn" employees.
