Pros
Excited about the technology I work with on daily basis and the compensation that goes along with helping our guests get the very best deal. We have a amazing family here at Prime and always feel appreciated for my efforts. Great benefits and fantastic incentives is why I have the attitude and drive to perform each and everyday.
Cons
Downside to working for Prime would be recently we had to get rid of our 401k program. It was something I was involved in from day one of hire. I was sad to see that go away.
