Pros
Not much to say anymore after being with the company for almost 6 years. Commission was good and realistic a couple years ago. It’s an easy job with decent coworkers, probably the only reason I’ve stuck around.
Cons
Inconsistent and always changing commission structure. Incompetent higher management with unrealistic goals thats borderline encourage fraud. You will not advance your career unless you are a suck up.
