      Got management experience so I’m grateful for that.

      Cons

      Base pay was not good, your commissions are dependent on the store metrics so if your team is filled with bad employees, which most of the time they are, then don't expect to hit your goals unless you do some shady stuff.

      Working weekends and holidays .And a tricky commission structure. Also all systems are slow.

      Pros

      Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

      Cons

      Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
