Pros

Shift differential is good and so is weekend diff. Management doesn't meddle.

Cons

Pay is not competitive, Poor 401k, only .25 cents on dollar from 1-10 yrs, health insurance is awful- have to stay in prime network which is awful when you live far from work, also small list of providers, time off acrual is only 10 hours a month. 3 vacation hours and 2 holiday a pay. No housekeeping to turn ER beds or transport. It's old and equipment always broken and never fixed/replaced. Outdated ways. No 1:1 watches for SI or HI patients, ALOT of psyche. Very very high turnover of employees

Great orientation process and nice management.

Cons

For a float position they tend to cancel a lot.
