They took away our 15 minute breaks and we are now only allowed a 30 minute lunch break for a 12 hour shift. They also don't offer good insurance, they only offer EPO and can only see their providers. However you can sign up for a "PPO but it's disguised as an EPO" and you still need to ask for referrals for every provider outside of the Prime Healthcare system if you need to see someone who's a specialist and they can still deny it. A lot of staff have bought private insurance. Due to these issues it's been very difficult to keep staff and the turnover has been really high.
