      Flexible, day shift opportunities, and great co-workers.

      Cons

      Short staffed, low pay. They take advantage of new graduate nurses. They don't pay commensurate to other hospitals and new nurses are constantly leaving once they have 1 year of experience.

      Bought out CMMC in Lewiston maine, fired bunch of people. Was promised a raise and am not getting one becasue the company is stingy All indian people who barley speak English and talk to you in a condescending tone like you are stupid when they don't know how to do their jobs Pretty sure they buy VISA for people from India so they can work them to death for little pay, putting more money in their pocket Have a Bachelors degree and experience, was told no raise from $20/hr while being worked to death, which is crazy cause lots of other places are paying way more
