Very unorganized. I was told they hired 100 Office Assistants , which was a red flag to me. Communication was through fax and email. I had to fax over 25 pages back to them and waited 2 hours for my tb and physical. Then I was told I"d need to eventually have a 2nd TB test done. I was called on 3 seperate occasions AFTER having my physical done to be told that I needed to have my physical done and fill out paperwork. Every single time I had to remind them I already had. Then I get an email stating I am good to go, but right before my start date I get another email stating I have missing paperwork and "oh by the way, we need you to go have a physical and TB test done, you haven't yet"... I finally start on my first work day and I am sent to corporate office where there was no one to direct me to the right person. I call HR back and they give me my "supervisor's " number. I call her 5 times and get voice mail and finally on the 6th call I leave her a message stating I am going home, after sitting in a parking lot for almost 40 minutes. I go home and they never call me back.. You'd think they would've noticed I never showed. Long story short, I want nothing to do with them ever again. Very unorganized. What a waste of time!
