      Both are growing in Dr's and patients

      Cons

      one of the worst upper mgmt i have worked with in over 20 years. The only qualification to get to upper mgmt is be a family member. poor planning, and even worse communication, but extremely high expectations. Replacing staff with H1B visa holders.
