Some are really nice people to work with. The food truck that comes in the morning & afternoon is a plus!
Cons
Extremely unprofessional management team. They are not knowledgeable about their jobs and do not have real management skills. It has become a pre school/police state on the floor all at the same time! Certain employees are allowed to come in late and call out whenever they want based on favoritism. No one can reach the unreasonable productivity standard because upper management doesn't have a clue what real quality works entails. Blainant racism exists No paid company holidays No recognition for hard work or effort Unorganized departmental directives Health Benefits Suck You are automatically enrolled in a 401K that takes 4% of your earnings from each pay The pay rate is the lowest in the area (Just to name a few CONS) There is an employee that has her MASTERS & only making $11.00 per hour!
