Pros
They will let you do anything. Learn whatever you want if they like you. That just means more duties for you
Cons
Neopotism to the max. Family first in everything that includes family and friends. Poor management. All about bottom line. Borderline illegal practices. Don't care about employees and poor benefits. You have a shelf life of maybe 2 years if you are good. Low pay high demands hostile environment. And I was actually one of the best people they had there. Was treated decent but noted how others were treated.
