Heights of Nepotism-only talks no actual results-False promises/Unprofessional/ Zero Transparency from the department head himself. Poor mangement People at senior level like VP's sharing confidential information to everyone that was shared during Exit process. Same senior level people have asked their team to submit positive feedback right here on GLASSDOOR so that they can hire new people. Clear Manipulation of platforms like glass door for their own benefits. I seriously hope that executive leadership shows more interests on whats going on at the ground level and bring some change
