      Happy staff. Everyone likes working there and everyone helps everyone else. Don't know something? Just ask the person next to you. Everyone is happy to help.

      Cons

      Low pay and lousy healthcare. There are no healthcare options really, you have to use what they tell you and if you have problems and need a specialist you have to wait a long time to get approved.
