Pros
Great mission - turning vital community hospitals around and keeping their doors open which truly does save lives and jobs. I've seen such growth within the company itself to continue the mission of delivering quality care. Every team is a pleasure to work with. Not many jobs make you feel like you're growing with the company, but this one does. Most, if not all, of the leaders across the company encourage internal growth and promotions within the company.
Cons
The company is staffed lean which can be challenging. Healthcare is a fast paced and ever changing field and Prime Healthcare is no different - which can be rewarding being a part of the growth, but it does come with the pressure of rapid advancement.
