Pay is terrible and yearly increases are horrendous. They literally tell their employees what they get is what they pay for because they can’t find competent people to do the job. Most people are smart enough to take their experience elsewhere where they will make more, and people that are hired have no experience so it justifies paying so little. Management and director is non-existent at times. CEO needs to be at the business office more to see what goes on. They can’t even keep managers longer than a year before they are hiring again which leaves you to keep starting over to prove yourself to someone who is eventually going to leave. Consistency doesn’t exist. You are either constantly moving your desk or someone is being given different rules and processes that you were never made aware of. Communication is basically finding out things from other departments because although it is one office it seems everyone works for a different company. Insurance is cheap which is good but expect to always need to ask for referrals which they give you a hard time to get and you can only see their doctors to be covered. HR is useless when you have issues with payroll they never respond to you when it’s something that’s their fault.
