      Hard to say.. it’s a job, but there are plenty others with better perks and pay

      This company took over for Ascension in Chicago and mental health techs got the short end of the stick… -they removed weekend differential(RNs still get) -lowered night differential in half -only offer RNs float pay -policies are unclear or nonexistent. -no grace period on clock-in -they are creating a unhealthy environment with unclear rules and policies that aren’t applied evenly. There is discussions of unionizing. I’ve been with this hospital for 9 years and it’s my first time hearing it… the health insurance is trash. DONT DO MENTAL HEALTH TECH AT ST.MARYS HOSPITAL CHICAGO

      Bought out CMMC in Lewiston maine, fired bunch of people. Was promised a raise and am not getting one becasue the company is stingy All indian people who barley speak English and talk to you in a condescending tone like you are stupid when they don't know how to do their jobs Pretty sure they buy VISA for people from India so they can work them to death for little pay, putting more money in their pocket Have a Bachelors degree and experience, was told no raise from $20/hr while being worked to death, which is crazy cause lots of other places are paying way more
