      Pros

      None come to mind. Maybe that they were required to retain employees from Ascension, but that was in their agreement contract.

      Cons

      Bad 401(k) match, abysmal PTO accrual rate, no HSA option. Terrible benefits overall. Prime is the "prime" example of what happens when companies become bigger and workers loose power, and is why unions should exist.

      Bought out CMMC in Lewiston maine, fired bunch of people. Was promised a raise and am not getting one becasue the company is stingy All indian people who barley speak English and talk to you in a condescending tone like you are stupid when they don't know how to do their jobs Pretty sure they buy VISA for people from India so they can work them to death for little pay, putting more money in their pocket Have a Bachelors degree and experience, was told no raise from $20/hr while being worked to death, which is crazy cause lots of other places are paying way more
