PTO accrual is horrendous, awful 401k match, have lost shift differentials for most staff, have to pay for short/long term disability, zero paid parental leave, high insurance premiums, horrible communication, will cut anything to save a dollar, poor morale due to constant changes with zero buy in. They do not care about you as an employee, you are strictly a number to them.
