A month before I was called for an interview, another month before I started.
Days starts at 7am and supposedly ends at 3:30pm. Don't count on that end time. Only one break for lunch and that's it, no fifteen minute breaks at all. Typical day is pulling stock from shelves, packing into totes and carts, loading onto truck, and taking to medical center to distribute, and then repeat. The medical center is hot and stuffy, with limited air conditioning in select spots, not including the supply rooms.
The manager is on-site but stays in office a great deal and is not fully aware of the poor group dynamics led by the hard-nosed, mean, passive aggressive supervisor who hates her job. Gossip culture. Watch your surroundings and the behaviors of others in this small core, three person team. Best bet to get along is keep your head down and don't use your voice.
Thumbs down on workplace culture in the warehouse, the supervisor runs hot and cold and answers questions in a way that puts you down and let's you know how stupid you are. She is miserable, and again, hates her job.
Hardest part of the job is sweating in the heat and medical center and bottom dollar pay.
