      Pros

      Good people to work with on the local level. Benefits aren't bad either, especially if you stay within the Prime network.

      Cons

      Not a place to build a career, upward mobility is extremely limited. Pay is above average for California, but below average for the local area. Expect lay offs, when they come, to be done with as little courtesy as you'd expect in corporate America. Prime may provide health care, but it is a business first and they will ultimately only be motivated by profit, not people.

      For a float position they tend to cancel a lot.
