Pros
There are a number of reviews on Glassdoor about PrimePay. Some of the reviews are positive and some of them are negative. I believe some of the reviews to be true and some of them to be written out of frustration. For someone who has been with the company over three years, I can say that the company is doing what it can provide a positive environment for its employees and doing what it can to keep them happy. What you need to keep in mind is that this is a business and the business’ focus is to do what is best for its clients and to make money. PrimePay tries to keep everyone happy, but when you have close to 500 employees, that is just not possible. If you are considering employment at PrimePay, definitely read the reviews, but keep in mind that not everything you read on the internet is true. PrimePay is a good place to work, the management team does support its employees but there is work that has to be done to meet the needs of our clients.
Cons
There is work that has to be done and at times, that work can be challenging. There's an old saying, "a little hard work never hurt anyone".
