Pros
PrimeWay cares about their employees; the benefits are good and the incentives are even better. We also have the opportunity to continually grow our skills. Also, PrimeWay is also really involved in the community.
But for me, the biggest Pro about PrimeWay is the CEO, Annette Zimmerman. With her, it's not, "I'm the CEO and you're the employee." She takes the time to meet with employees to find out their challenges. She wishes us happy birthday and happy work anniversary. She even sent me a handwritten sympathy card to my house when my grandmother died. That kind of involvement makes me feel valued and I LOVE my job. The culture here is amazing!
Cons
The only downside to working here is the main office is currently in the middle of 290 construction. Eventually, construction will end and it won't be a con anymore.
