Pros
The passion for high-quality work, professionalism, and community are felt systemwide. The marketing department, in particular, is staffed with some of the most caring and intelligent professionals I have ever had the privilege of working with. In many ways, I've learned more in the last six months than in the last few years under their leadership. My life is better for having served with this team.
Cons
This team works very fast. The whole company does. This is not so much a con, but it's the only thing that I can think of that comes close. But, there is growth here and a company that is going places if you are willing to jump in and try to keep up. Also, there will be a hand waiting for you to make sure to don't fall behind.
