Started great, going downhill - Engineer Primera Engineers Employee Review

Limited to nonexistent training, Low pay and raises Promotions take forever. Might get a promotion 1st or 2nd year then not see one for years. Workload is not manageable long term, hence high turnover. Limited employee recognition for engineers. Mainly upper management and PMs getting the praise. Yearly review is a waste and a simple conversation about the year would be better. Timesheets have become an annoyance to fill out after the financially down year.
