Pros
Good benefits, decent vacation days, free almonds every now and then, not much stressful work unless you’re a trader and even then it’s not that bad. You don’t have to take work home with you, unless you’re a trader.
Cons
Terrible culture, they don’t care much about employees, very biased to their own “people”, not enough holidays off, bonuses are TERRIBLE, no communication with employees, no inflation raises. Very cheap company.
