Lags in pay for senior operators - Chemical Operator Primient Employee Review

Micro manage you to death. No appreciation for senior operators. Benefits are health benefits aren't great. Experience doesn't count towards upper management positions, no matter how many years. They want a piece of paper (degree) to prove you can manage people and this is working out so great but for some odd reason people are leaving left and right. Bottom line, if you need entry level to get Experience, go for it until you can move elsewhere that you are appreciated, can move up, get better health benefits and earn more
