Toxic work environment - Packaging Technician Primient Employee Review

Management is out of touch with employees. No support. No development or advancement opportunities. Skill block system is a tool for managers to control their technician, not used to develop. Toxic manager is quick to criticize and reprimand, but doesn't offer suggestions for improvement or development. Overtime force excessive even when not necessary. Too many people are stuck in the same routine and refuse to change. Mediocrity and apathy have become the expectation. It's only a matter of time before some serious accident occurs and a lot of people could be hurt.
