Good pay -- for that area. Good benefits.

Cons

Unstable hours Pay "traps" locals into staying. Nothing in the area pays as well, and ownership knows it, so it's difficult for employees to say "no". No climate control on the production floor, which is hell in Florida summer. The plant is in partnership with bad actor owners of Ginnie Springs, and are devastating the local environment pulling water from the aquifer. Equipment on the floor is held together by "spit, duct tape, and a lot of hope". They're one major mechanical breakdown from not being viable for production.

Like most manufacturing and warehouse operations, the workload can become demanding during peak production periods, which may require longer hours. Communication and coordination between departments can sometimes be improved to reduce delays, improve efficiency, and help everyone stay focused on the same priorities.
