Pros

Some of the coworkers are great. Trauma bonding is real when you’re all drowning in chaos together.

Cons

After the acquisition, it felt like a corporate overhaul with mass layoffs and unrealistic performance expectations. Remaining employees have had to navigate broken systems, constant tech failures, and minimal support — all while being held to strict metrics. Assisting customers often results in penalties rather than recognition. System crashes are frequent, and tech or managerial help is nearly nonexistent. Employees are expected to meet “quality” goals under impossible circumstances, while customer frustrations grow. Many calls involve upset or desperate customers, yet leadership remains silent or distant. Morale is low. Paychecks have been delayed, and there’s little flexibility or emotional support from management. The work environment has become increasingly stressful, with decisions made at the top showing little concern for those on the ground. This is a monopoly disguised as options. They own nearly every water delivery brand, and now customers have nowhere else to go. Fake five-star reviews flood the internet while they bury real feedback. If you want a soul-crushing job that gaslights you daily, this is it.

Pros

Perks and benefits are great. Lots of opportunity to get OT. Pay is better than other places. My supervisor is helpful and I feel like I can always come to our safety manager and HR if I need a question answered. The Ops Manager knows everyone and cares.

Cons

Machines break down a lot and it can get a little hot at times.

Pros

Primo Brands in Hawkins offers a stable work environment with competitive pay and benefits for the area. The warehouse and production teams work hard and are committed to meeting customer demands while maintaining quality and safety standards. There are opportunities to learn different roles, gain experience, and grow within the company for employees who are dependable and willing to put in the effort. The fast-paced environment keeps the work engaging, and many employees take pride in what they accomplish each day.

Cons

Like most manufacturing and warehouse operations, the workload can become demanding during peak production periods, which may require longer hours. Communication and coordination between departments can sometimes be improved to reduce delays, improve efficiency, and help everyone stay focused on the same priorities.
