Pros

Making friendships with my peers was the best part of my job.

Cons

Company teaches you to lie, cheat, and scam customers. Company used to be trustworthy-ish before the acquisition, but lost all credibility when customers started catching on to their schemes. Departments do hold themselves accountable for anything but will blame and lie to their associates to make themselves look good. Do not trust this company.

Pros

Primo Brands in Hawkins offers a stable work environment with competitive pay and benefits for the area. The warehouse and production teams work hard and are committed to meeting customer demands while maintaining quality and safety standards. There are opportunities to learn different roles, gain experience, and grow within the company for employees who are dependable and willing to put in the effort. The fast-paced environment keeps the work engaging, and many employees take pride in what they accomplish each day.

Cons

Like most manufacturing and warehouse operations, the workload can become demanding during peak production periods, which may require longer hours. Communication and coordination between departments can sometimes be improved to reduce delays, improve efficiency, and help everyone stay focused on the same priorities.
