Lots to learn. Communication is good

Pay is not great and no work life balance

Primo is a medical device contract manufacturing organization. Working here will get you tons of exposure to different products, teams, and external companies (customers). If you can hack it here, you will learn a ton and quickly grow your network which will carry you deep into your career. The company is growing rapidly and I believe the overall culture is improving (albeit there is plenty of room for improvement). There is never a shortage of work, so job security is strong. (Engineering) Pay is actually decent despite what some reviews on here say. A lot of early career talent mixed with senior leadership / middle management enables a good dynamic of teams and perspectives. You MUST have a go-getter personality to be successful here

-Not great work / life balance - tough to keep up with workload. The burnout is very real and is probably this company's biggest challenge -Benefits? What benefits? -Chaotic due to the many different projects running concurrently -A bit of a sink or swim mentality (but I think people are trying to improve this)
