      Pros

      The students Better and improved communication with teachers from Management. Food from the Chef left for staff Excellent teacher appreciation events Team Atmosphere Leadership are very knowledgeable of children and their behaviors and have positive relationships with the students.

      Cons

      Communication about day to day schedule changes or events etc. has been a challenge but it is improving a lot with new management.

      I absolutely loved our families and their children.

      Cons

      From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
