I used to work at this daycare, and I would not recommend it to parents or potential employees. The staff are often overworked and under supported, and management does not prioritize the children’s well being or staff safety. Many classrooms are understaffed, which makes it hard to give children the attention and care they deserve. Communication from leadership is poor, and concerns are often ignored.
Management was disorganized, unprofessional, and often played favorites. The school is not clean! Not even in the slightest. Everything is an act…Employee concerns were dismissed, and there was little support for teachers trying to do their jobs well. This results in high turnover and low morale, which ultimately affects the children. I would strongly suggest touring thoroughly and asking tough questions before enrolling your child or accepting a job here.
