      - 0.5 days of PTO earned/month with no call outs. - 1.5 hours lunch break - yearly raises - Curriculum is provided - School pays for supplies - Get dinner at staff meetings - Relatively easy to get PTO approved

      Cons

      - Lots of staff turnover - Long hours due to long lunch break - physically and mentally exhausting - not recommended for college students (will tank your grades) - high stress & noise, that could be triggering - demanding/entitled parents and managers (depending on location)

      I absolutely loved our families and their children.

      Cons

      From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
