Pros
Wonderful Assistant Director!!! She was truly the only one that listened and was always willing to jump in where needed. Teachers are very loving,caring and fun!
Cons
-Owner makes it obvious that making money was the most important thing at the school -Management other than Asst Director were terrible at handling issues within the school -The parents got 100x more support than the teachers/staff when issues arose -Some staff were treated as though they were just gophers for the owner and director -Never felt as though we were ever appreciated for the tough job we did -Teacher turnover was/is extremely high due to management(owner/director) -Management hired some staff out of desperation, resulting in serious issues -Very low yearly bonuses -No yearly reviews
