      Good pay, adorable kiddos, sweet parents

      Cons

      The pay is not enough for the amount of hours required to work, zero flexibility, no structure, management is rude, and employees are very catty, it's a very hostile and uncomfortable working environment. They overcharge the parents for tuition, and they lie about the amount of structure and the "healthy food" they serve, when in reality neither of this is true.

      I absolutely loved our families and their children.

      From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
