      STEAM Based Curriculum, Resource Room, 4 day work week

      The turnover rate is mind blowing; its a revolving door. The management team is petty, and incredibly unorganized. Refer to the 2018 licensing visit and you can see the plethora of citations listed for their mismanaged paperwork. There is no sense of a true HR department; when you come to them they just tell the person you filed a complaint about that you have a problem with them, creating additional drama that flies through the school at an alarming rate. There is little to no room to move into management.

      I absolutely loved our families and their children.

      From my first week of training, I could tell they didn't want me there. The assistant director is very dismissive and rude and the director is condescending. Never really had an issue with other staff members, but it was obvious the director and assistant director were trying to push me out. The curriculum director was so kind and sweet, but she left too, feeling like the director and assistant director were using her and walking all over her. I absolutely do not recommend.
